No-Bake Keto Brownie Bites

With just ten minutes of your time, you’ll be biting into the delicious flavor of these sugar-free keto-friendly on-bake brownie bites. This brown bites recipe is an excellent way to snack on your favorite brownie bites without any guilt.

Easy to make, store in the fridge or freezer. It’s a keto no-brainer.


  • 1 Cup Whole Walnuts

  • ⅛ teaspoon Salt

  • ¼ Cup Cocoa Powder

  • ½ Cup Peanut Butter

  • liquid stevia / liquid sucralose (link natura sugarfree drops) equivalent to 12tsp sugar

  • Coconut flour - as needed

  • Water - as needed

  • ¼ Cup choco chips

  • ½ teaspoon Vanilla extract


  • In the bowl of a food processor add the walnuts and sea salt. Blend for 5 to 10 seconds, or until the nuts are broken up into small pieces.

  • Add the cocoa powder, nut butter, vanilla, and sweetener. Blend until well combined and batter starts coming together. Add coconut flour or water, one tablespoon at a time, as needed to achieve the right consistency (see notes below).

  • Add in the chocolate chips.

  • Roll the dough between the palms of your hand to form 18 bite-sized balls and place them on the parchment paper.

  • Place the baking sheet in the freezer for 10-15 minutes or until firm and enjoy!
